Your data will be processed for the purpose of sending you commercial information electronically to the email address provided, also in the form of a newsletter, with the latest information on products and promotional campaigns and special offers – pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) GDPR).
Your personal data may be transferred to the following:

- cooperating entities,
- entities authorised to do so under generally applicable legislation.
Your personal data will not be transferred to entities based outside the European Economic Area, i.e. to third countries or international organisations.
Your personal data will be processed until we are informed that you have withdrawn your consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time and this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.
You have the right of access, rectification of your personal data, restriction of processing and the right to erasure of your personal data if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or the personal data has been unlawfully processed or the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or national law. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Data Protection Authority [in Polish: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych], if you consider that we have violated the provisions of the GDPR in the processing of your personal data.
The provision of personal data is voluntary and dependent on your consent, but is necessary in order to receive commercial and marketing information electronically at the email address provided.
