Complaints

 Adriatica and Pierre Ricaud products are covered by a 24-month warranty. If a defect is found in the product covered by the warranty, please contact the nearest service point indicated in the warranty card or on our website, or the point where the product was purchased. Keep the proof of purchase and the warranty – they are the basis for reporting a complaint.


Returns

The purchased product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

We only accept unused products with packaging, a warranty card and a proof of purchase (a receipt or an invoice).

A refund depends on the chosen method of payment. In the case of the "cash on delivery" option, the refund is made to the designated bank account.

We make the refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date of our receipt of the product.

 

If you want to return the product, please do the following:

  1. Fill out the return form

  2. Attach the return form to the packed product. Goods should be returned in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging along with all its contents

  3. Return the goods to the following address:
